Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: United Kingdom £6.90, United States $6.90, Australia $7.90, Canada $7.90, New Zealand $8.90. Order any 2 or more pieces and shipping is free.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5-8 business days for all destinations, fully tracked (via Evri for UK deliveries). Estimates are provided by our carriers and may vary during busy periods.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The total you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Changed Your Mind on the Address?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged contact us and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. Returns and exchanges are covered by our 30-day Refund Policy.
